Our community currently owns this 2-man, band saw type, small production sawmill. We are seeking people who are skilled in woodworking. Our mill you see here has been used to turn out lumber for timber framing, furniture and crafts. We plan to manufacture products in the future and with enough interest can obtain a high production mill to do so. This opportunity alone can produce enough income to support our community and all of the individuals who wish to be part of it.

Our commercial gardening project is currently underway. We've built the initial raised beds for this project and are currently growing using a natural system that provides the perfect environment for benificial micro-organisms in the soil. We have an all-natural chelated fertilizer treatment that then nourishes these micro-organisms and unlocks the potential of the plants to draw vital nutrients out of the soil. We are a retailer for these products and have a market for both the produce we can grow and the raised bed gardening materials we are utilizing. We can sell all we can grow. Restaurant
With the right people there are a few locations we may acquire that would enable us to start a restaurant. We have plans to construct a bed & breakfast on property and will need individuals to not only help build but operate such facilities. Producing value added products is also a goal of the community with the things grown and produced from the land here.

There is much that needs to be built once our foundational group of people forms. We have many drawings and renderings of the necessary facilities from underground homes, to animal barns, greenhouses and more! We all work together for the common goal of self-sustainability. Our Creator never wanted us to rely on a man-made governmental system. This is a step in the direction to put our reliance in Him by doing what He created us to do. He tells us, "If you don't work you don't eat". I don't know about you but we like to eat around here.

All community members will have the opportunity to participate in all areas of homesteading here in the community from baking bread to canning, milking to plowing. Being self-sustaining is going to be the only social security we will have the way our economy is going and why not start investing now? You can get a jumpstart on others who are scraping to rub two pennies. By the time they realize there is no reversing this mess it will be too late. We will be hosting visitors once our core group is formed and have industry at work here. Then our guests will be able to enjoy the finer aspects of our talented community. Metal workers, fabricators & blacksmiths, bring your tools to build and create to your hearts content. We are planning to hold demonstrations and exhibits for visitors and tourists in the future. You can be part of the action and show of your talent. There is a market for these products as we develop our self-sustained community and we can help you get started here. For skilled wood workers we have the materials for a facility and equipment for starting a woodshop. The 1000's of acres of Nation Forest adjoining our property here is full of timber including black walnut, oak and cedar. A wood workers dream! We have many available crafts we can produce and market from here to include home decor, furniture and knick-knacks.
Small Engine Repair
Chainsaws, mowers, chippers and various other small engines need regular maintenance, as you know. Not only for our own personal equipment on the property but many people in our area have these same items that need regular attention. If you are skilled as a mechanic there is work for you in the areas surrounding our community here. Besides the normal upkeep of our own engines you can make it a business and serve others nearby. Good auto mechanics have the same opportunities too!

Bordering 1000's of acres of National Forest we have the ability to offer tours and nature hikes to visitors and tourists. We have the opportunity to farm & market perch & blue gill in our lake. We have all of the information and contacts for those who are interested in being a part of our community that would like to pursue this option.
